I am currently supporting a Top 10 Firm with offices in Ipswich, Cambridge and Norwich as they look for an experienced Trusts Manager or Senior Trusts Manager to join their close-knit and friendly team, where your experience and knowledge would be truly valued. The salary on offer for this role ranges from £50,000 - £72,000 + 6% Cas allowance, depending on the level of experience. Although this role is based out of the Ipswich office, this Firm operates on a Flexible framework which means that travel to the Ipswich office could be as little as once per month - depending on the needs of the business. So if you live further afield, this could still be the role for you. This Firm offers lots of opportunity for growth. You'll be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals.  Each client has different needs and in applying your expertise in different contexts, you’ll develop your skills and gain valuable experience that will serve you throughout your career. Their Private Client Services team offers a plethora of carefully tailored services to an equally varied range of clients – from UK and offshore Trusts, Charities and Estates, to entrepreneurs, entertainers and more. Your expertise helps to manage their global tax proactively and seamlessly. They are looking for someone with:  

  • Experience providing trust, estate and charity advice to high net worth individuals
  • Proven specialist technical private client experience, and the ability to deal with complex tax issues, gained within a practice environment
  • Experience of reviewing Trust accounts and associated tax accounting aspects (eg computing tax pools)
  • Experience of dealing with HNW clients
  • Some experience of and an appetite for seeking opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services to existing clients
  • Staff management experience
  • CTA and/or STEP qualified
