We are proud to be working on behalf of a prestigious Financial Services company based in Ipswich, who are currently looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • CII DipPFS qualified or equivalent as a minimum
  • At least 12months industry experience in a paraplanning role involving report writing
  • Client focussed to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service to high-net-worth clients
  • Previous experience using First software or Intelliflo would be advantageous

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing high quality financial planning support to Financial Advisers in accordance with the FCA while representing the company in a professional manner
  • Drafting suitability reports
  • Ensuring correct completion of all necessary documents
  • Ensuring product research is kept up to date
  • Dealing with pension queries
  • Maintaining and updating client records and financial plans in the CRM system
  • Ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Communicating with clients and providers, ensuring timely responses to queries
