We are seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to join our financial planning team. This role is crucial for supporting financial advisers in developing detailed financial plans and strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a keen eye for detail.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist financial advisers in the research and analysis of financial products and services.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and investment plans to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Analyse client data to provide recommendations on financial planning and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with advisers to develop tailored financial strategies and solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial legislation, products, and markets.
  • Handle client queries and provide detailed responses to clarify financial plans and strategies.
  • Support the implementation of financial plans and monitor their progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner or similar role within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and financial products.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial planning software and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning) are highly desirable.
