Are you starting your career in logistics and ready to grow your skills in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment? We’re looking for a Junior Operations Clerk to join our team and support our import/export operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1 year of experience in freight forwarding who’s eager to build a long-term career in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with import and export operations across multiple modes of transport

Supporting the team with basic customs entry preparation and compliance

Liaising with carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipments

Preparing and checking shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)

Keeping records accurate and up-to-date in internal systems

Learning and developing within a supportive and experienced team
What We’re Looking For:

Ideally 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (import/export)

A basic understanding of customs procedures and documentation

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good communication and a proactive attitude

Willingness to learn and grow with the role
