We are now seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our brigade and support the continued growth of our culinary reputation.


The Role:

As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the senior team in leading service, maintaining standards, and developing junior chefs. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie or experienced Junior Sous looking to refine their skills in a highly professional, creative environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain consistency and precision across all dishes.
  • Contribute ideas to seasonal menu development.
  • Supervise and train junior members of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation.

  • Experience in a fine dining or rosette-standard kitchen.
