This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Developer to work on a hybrid basis for a business based in the Ipswich area.As the Lead Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing interesting back end software systems that underpin the organisation's operations and strategic goals. The kinds of projects you will work on will be broad and include 3rd party integrations, AI module integrations, assisting the data team with the creation of a new data lake and building tools to automate manual processes.

This position not only demands hands-on technical expertise but also the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers towards delivering top-tier software solutions.What you will do in your new role:

- Oversee, and take a hands on role, in the end-to-end development lifecycle of back-end systems, from initial design through to deployment and maintenance.- Build, lead and mentor a team of developers.- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, and scalable, software solutions.- Drive innovation in system design and architecture, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate back-end systems with front-end applications and other organisational systems.To be successful it is likely you will have:

- Proven experience in back-end development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.- Knowledge of Javascript, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Git, JIRA task management- Demonstrated leadership skills,- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,Benefits:
