We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to support our talent acquisition team by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, CV screening, and database management, helping ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases

  • Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates

  • Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate pre-assessments

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Update and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers

  • Communicate with candidates to keep them informed of their application status

  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative and logistical tasks

  • Assist with writing and posting job advertisements

  • Stay up to date with current recruitment trends and sourcing strategies

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a recruitment, sourcing, or administrative role (agency or in-house)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job boards

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace

  • A passion for people and helping connect talent with opportunity

Desirable:
  • Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices

  • Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
