Shifts for Supervisor:
- 06:00 - 15:00
- 07:00 - 16:00
- Flexibility is required as your hours will change due to seasonal weather changes
- Working 5 days out of 7, weekend working will be needed on occasion
Pay:
- £17.00 per hour
- Paid weekly
- Temp to perm, successful candidates will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks worked
Main Duties of a Supervisor:
- Looking after various teams of pickers and crop workers
- Ensuring targets are hit and staff know how to perform their roles properly
- Maintaining strict Health and Safety standards
- Motivating, encouraging and helping your teams achieve their targets
- Training new staff on the requirements of their role
- Liaising with management, reporting issues, being proactive
- The ideal candidate will have fluent English and be able to speak Russian
