- Engineers will work a shift pattern that includes two late shifts per week and will participate in an on-call rota, with overtime pay for additional hours.
Engineers are usually given around 6 appointments per day and are targeted on a first time fix KPI as well as other performance related criteria. You would report directly into the Service & Repair manager. The successful candidate will work a shift pattern consisting of two late shifts per week (11am-7pm) and will be expected to join an 'on call' rota that will consist of Saturdays.
This will be paid as overtime.The Person...The successful applicant should have an extensive knowledge of heating systems and the faults associated with them and MUST have an excellent diagnosis skillset.
