We're hiring Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our residential care home in Ipswich, supporting residents with dementia and physical disabilities.

Shifts:

  • Days: 07:00 - 21:00 (1-hour paid break)

  • Nights: 21:00 - 07:00 (1-hour paid break)

  • Paid 15-minute handover before each shift

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ 2 (must work towards NVQ 3 after probation)

  • Experience in care, ideally dementia or physical disabilities

  • Confident leading care teams and administering care

Pay Rates:

  • NVQ 4 - £15.07/hr

  • NVQ 3 - £14.76/hr

  • NVQ 2 - £13.34/hr
