This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business professional to share their expertise and inspire the next generation of business leaders.The RoleWe are looking for someone with strong knowledge and experience across areas such as:

  • General Business
  • Leadership & Management
  • Business Support
  • Marketing
  • Logistics
  • Finance

You'll be delivering high-quality teaching on Level 2 and Level 3 Business qualifications, as well as supporting the rollout of the new T Level qualifications and T Level Transition curriculum launching in September 2025. You'll also play a key role in reinvigorating the student experience by designing engaging learning activities and helping learners secure meaningful industry placements.Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering engaging and innovative lessons to support student achievement
  • Embedding employability skills into the curriculum
  • Supporting learners in their professional development
  • Contributing to curriculum planning and delivery for new qualifications

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date industry expertise in business or a related field
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification in business (minimum)
  • Level 2 English and Maths
  • A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (training can be provided)
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment
  • Ability to travel between Suffolk New College campuses if required
