- Leading and developing the team to provide exceptional service
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Handling complex employee relations cases
- Implementing strategic initiatives that support business goals
- Is CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
- Has extensive HR experience with experience in a management-level HR role
- Has strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Is experienced managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Has proven track record in employee relations
- Has excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ideally payroll experience/ knowledge would be beneficial to oversee payroll (but not essential)
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly
- Confident and resilient with strong decision-making abilities
- Commercially aware with excellent risk assessment skills
