- Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support to staff and students
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, AV equipment, etc.)
- Support classroom technology and resolve day-to-day IT queries
- Escalate issues where necessary and maintain accurate support records
- Previous experience in an IT support or technician role
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and general hardware/software troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an education environment (desirable but not essential)
