This is an exciting role for a hands on Business Systems Analyst who can take the lead in supporting, configuring, and improving a range of core business systems, predominantly within the Finance team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into the detail, working behind the scenes to keep systems running smoothly, analysing how they’re used, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll work closely with internal users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the systems are efficient, reliable, and fit for purpose.

You’ll be responsible for tasks like system administration, user access management, configuration, testing, and issue resolution. From planning and running user acceptance testing (UAT) to producing meaningful reporting and improving workflows, you’ll play a key role in shaping how systems support business performance. There’s also plenty of scope to support system upgrades, document processes, and help train others to use the systems effectively.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in system support or analysis, particularly on the back end, whether you've worked with ERP, finance, HR, or other business critical platforms.
