- Accurately calculate and process both inward and outward reinsurance claims and contracts, in line with established procedures and segmentation rules
- Handle administrative tasks related to letters of credit and bonds, including creation, amendments, withdrawals, and cancellations
- Respond to internal queries in a professional and timely manner, supporting cross-functional teams across different regions
- Support operational improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and integration within the business
- Assist colleagues across portfolios as needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- A good understanding of insurance and/or reinsurance processes
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, managing workload effectively
- Clear and confident communication skills; knowledge of French or German would be advantageous
