REED Business Support Ipswich are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Administrator.

Location: Ipswich 

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary (with the possibility of Permanent employment)

We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator/Secretary to provide immediate short-term support in our Ipswich office. This role is perfect for someone available for temporary work or interested in a temporary-to-permanent opportunity as we look to recruit this position on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client phone calls and emails.

  • Setting up new files for clients.

  • Arranging bridging funds.

  • Preparing reports (mortgage, water, local authority, and bankruptcy)

  • Downloading title deeds from the Land Registry.

  • Handling property exchanges and completions.

  • Dealing with all post-completion paperwork.

Requirements:

  •  Previous experience working in a support role with the legal industry is required. Previous experience in the residential conveyancing sector is highly desirable, but not essential.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in managing client communications and administrative tasks.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
