 A well-established law firm located in Ipswich, specializing in property law are seeking a legal secretary to join their team. 

You will be experienced within property or an experienced Legal Secretary. The ideal candidate will have experience in property law and conveyancing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to property solicitors and conveyancers.
  • Prepare and manage legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
  • Handle client correspondence and maintain client files.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities.
  • Assist with the completion of property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
