We are pleased to be working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Engineering Firms based on the outskirts of Ipswich. They are currently seeking to appoint a Fleet Administrator to support their team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of issuing fuel cards, maintain accurate fleet registers and processing penalty charges, along with coordinating vehicle logistics.

Key Duties:

  • Create fuel reports.
  • Update maintenance planner, fling vehicle records, requesting vehicles documents.
  • Update drivers’ files.
  • Keep fleet registers up to date.
  • Issue new and replacement fuel cards.
  • Arrange delivery or collection of company vehicles through 3rd party or internally.
  • Assist with invoicing queries.

Previous Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of administration skills.
  • Ability to deal with pressure in a professional manner.
  • Act on own initiative.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
