We are pleased to be working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Engineering Firms based on the outskirts of Ipswich. They are currently seeking to appoint a Fleet Administrator to support their team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of issuing fuel cards, maintain accurate fleet registers and processing penalty charges, along with coordinating vehicle logistics.
Key Duties:
- Create fuel reports.
- Update maintenance planner, fling vehicle records, requesting vehicles documents.
- Update drivers’ files.
- Keep fleet registers up to date.
- Issue new and replacement fuel cards.
- Arrange delivery or collection of company vehicles through 3rd party or internally.
- Assist with invoicing queries.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of administration skills.
- Ability to deal with pressure in a professional manner.
- Act on own initiative.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
