Site Administrator Role

Reports to: Site Manager

About the Role:
This role is with a global leading construction company specializing in cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions, who are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join the UK team. The Site Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing site hospitality, processing invoices, and coordinating global operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, and maintaining site office and facilities supplies.
  • Coordinate site hospitality, including arranging accommodations, catering, and transportation for visitors.  
  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Coordinate with international teams and managing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Gather required timesheets and plans from various site stakeholders.
  • Follow up as required on administrative documentation.

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in global operations is a plus.
