We are delighted to announce an opening for a Trainee Coordinator within our clients Logistics team. This pivotal role encompasses a variety of administrative and logistical responsibilities, aimed at supporting seamless office operations and ensuring the successful delivery of all contracts.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the flawless execution of contracts by coordinating the availability of labour, materials, and equipment at each site.
  • Maintain and distribute the daily production diary, which includes details such as client information, site address, and resources allocated.
  • Adapt swiftly to changes in site conditions or requirements.
  • Document and track the actual quantities of materials delivered to sites.
  • Organize and compile necessary documentation for site inductions.
  • Coordinate accommodation arrangements for delivery teams as necessary.
  • Keep company trackers updated and manage data accurately.
  • Organize lodging for employees when required.
  • Generate and manage regular departmental reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficient and confident in handling telephone communications.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high efficiency.
  • Strong administrative competence with a good grasp of standard office software.
