Our client, a key player in the rail sector, is currently seeking an experienced PTS Site Manager for a contract position. This role involves working on a significant infrastructure project with a focus on the installation of level crossings on railway lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Supervising and coordinating site personnel and subcontractors
- Overseeing the installation of level crossings on railway lines
- Ensuring all health, safety, environmental and quality standards are upheld
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain project progress
- Managing project documentation and reporting to senior management
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
Job Requirements:
- Experience in PTS Civils as a Supervisor, Sub Agent, Site Manager
- Valid PTS/Sentinel card (COSS preferred but not essential)
- SMSTS certification
- Proven track record in managing large infrastructure projects, particularly in the rail sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Contract Details:
- 6-8 month contract with potential for extension
- Outside IR35
- Mix of day, night, and weekend shifts
