This role, joining a close-knit independent company that specialises in timber treatment and damp control, would suit an experienced surveyor who is looking for continued training and career development.
As a Surveyor, your role will include:-
- Diagnosing dampness in buildings and / or preserving timber
- Producing accurate and detailed written and verbal reports
- Attending site visits in and around East Anglia
- Being the point of contact for any active works, as well as preparing COSHH
As part of your role, you will get:-

To be considered for the role of Surveyor, you should be:-
- Certified Surveyor or Timber and Dampness in Buildings - CSTDB
- Knowledge of waterproofing in basements, cellars etc
- Building maintenance knowledge
- Knowledge of Damp Surveys, Damp Detection, and property surveys
