Quantity Surveyor

Our established and industry-leading demolition division is growing strongly across a broad range of technically difficult projects, from high-rise city centre projects involving adjoining properties to motorway or rail bridges requiring road/rail closures and extensive infrastructure protection measures. We employ over 250 people.

Job Role:

Manages day-to-day commercial functions across projects, including valuations, cost reporting, subcontract management, and variations. The role ensures accurate budgeting and contract compliance while monitoring financial performance against programme and delivery. Works closely with operational teams to provide commercial support, mitigate risk, and drive efficiency across projects in earthworks, civils, and demolition.
