- Produce professional property marketing content, including photos, video tours, and compelling written descriptions.
- Conduct routine and interim property inspections, reporting findings promptly and accurately.
- Oversee tenant check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service.
- Prepare detailed and precise inventory reports.
- Maintain high levels of organisation and attention to detail in all property documentation.
- Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company standards.
- Previous experience in a lettings, property management, or estate agency role is DESIRABLE but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Experience with using a 360 camera is highly desirable
- Strong photography/videography skills with an eye for property presentation.
- Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
