Opus People Solutions are recruiting for Recruitment Administrator to join their busy HR team to oversee compliance of recruitment processes and to check and prepare recruitment materials for advertising. In addition, you will support the wider Recruitment Team with administration tasks relating to recruitment.

You will be responsible for ensuring all necessary pre-recruitment activity, such as establishment control processes have been completed before recruitment requests are progressed to a recruitment advisor to progress. You will need to be comfortable working with data and different IT systems and be able to explain complex information in a clear manner. You will also be responsible for managing incoming contacts, providing responses where possible, signposting to information or passing to a specialist for reply.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within HR team, strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to their work. If you are enthusiastic, positive, and eager to learn we want to hear from you.

This post if offered on hybrid basis, whilst train you will be expected to work 3-4 days in the office, with 2 days in the office after training (one of them must be Wednesday)
