Reed Ipswich is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team specialising in Business Support recruitment across Suffolk.Office Location: Travel to the Ipswich office 3 times per week, remainder to work from home. 

Salary from £30,000 plus commission. As a Recruitment Consultant in the team, you’d mainly work with all types of businesses to recruit office and commercial roles on their behalf. This is a busy, fast paced role where no two days are the same, a typical day / week in the job would involve:

  • Business Development: proactively calling clients to win new business and building a network of clients and candidates, building effective client relationships using phone, emails, video calls and in-person meetings
  • Candidate attraction: developing a pipeline of candidates relevant to your desk remit using tools such as LinkedIn, job boards and the Reed database
  • Managing the recruitment process: matching candidates to suitable roles, presenting their CV to clients, co-ordinating interviews and managing the offer process
  • Marketing: advertising jobs, building a brand on LinkedIn Administration: completing all admin tasks for your desk including compliance checks for any candidates you’re working with
