We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this full-cycle role, you will be responsible for managing every stage of the recruitment process — from winning new business to placing top talent. This includes developing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and approach prospective clients to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various methods (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking) to source and attract top talent for client vacancies.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Offer Management: Manage the end-to-end offer process including salary negotiation, contract coordination, and post-placement follow-up.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to advise clients and candidates accurately.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and placement targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency preferred)
  • Strong business development and client-facing skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
