Recruitment Consultant

Tennial Personnel Ltd are looking for a Recruitment Consultant / sales person to join our Ipswich team, We are looking to recruit a high flyer, somebody to come on board with excellent Account Management skills, but also with experience of building new business with experience of lead generation, following up leads and sharing leads where necessary with other recruitment divisions, ie Industrial , Catering.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who can 'hit the ground running' to join our successful and motivated team. Full clean driving licence required
The role is varied, challenging and exciting, and no two days are the same. Your day will involve telephone sales warm and cold, lead generation, following up leads, interviewing, reference checking, matching candidates to vacancies, dealing with clients both face to face and on the telephone.
We are looking for an organized self-starter who prides themselves on their sales expertise and customer service skills; somebody with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and flexi workers.
