Kingswood Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established financial services firm based in Ipswich to recruit a Senior Benefits Administrator. This is a key role within the team, providing high-quality support to ensure Employee Services Consultants and Directors can consistently deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and train team members to maintain a high-quality service
  • Provide high quality technical support
  • Prepare accurate reports, quotes, and client documents
  • Improve processes and update templates to boost efficiency
  • Manage claims, renewals, and scheme updates, keeping all parties informed.
  • Handle new business enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Process client claims and provide regular updates
  • Keep all documentation and records accurate and up to date

Skills & experience required

  • Active CPD
  • Experience in working in for a Employee Benefits Consultancy or IFA specialising in Employee Benefits
  • Working towards Diploma level 4
  • Proficient in Group Schemes
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Report writing and presentation skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
