Sales Account Manager

Your aim as Sales Account Manager is to support the continued growth of the team by managing sales accounts and customer relationships within an IT software platform.

Your Responsibilities as Sales Account Manager:

  • Support customers throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Create accurate and timely quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers to stay competitive.
  • Logging and processing sales via the internal sales system
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve internal queries
  • Product and service development
