Atrium Healthcare is hiring for a Deputy Manager on behalf of a respected children’s residential care provider.
What you’ll do:-
Support the Registered Manager and lead the team

Oversee care plans and compliance

Mentor staff and support training

Ensure children’s needs are met with compassion and consistency
- NVQ Level 3 (Children’s Residential or equivalent)
- Experience in a senior or deputy care role
- Strong communication & organisational skills
