It is an exciting time at Retreat East, with the expansion of our Spa, meaning we are now looking for Spa Therapists to join our team in Hemingstone, Suffolk. We are open to discussing full-time and part-time contracts.

About the role:
As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences for our guests. You will perform a variety of treatments, from massages to facials, ensuring that each guest receives a bespoke service that meets their individual needs. In this role you will have the opportunity to work full-time, part-time and zero hours where you will have flexibility over 7 days. Your working schedule will include day shifts, and you will also need weekend availability.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Perform an array of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
- Build rapport with guests creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Maintain professional quality in spa surroundings and treatment rooms.
- Actively promote our spa services and products to guests, helping them discover the right treatments for their needs.
- Participate in relevant training sessions to maintain a high level of service.
About you:
You will hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Beauty Therapy and you will have excellent time-management capabilities and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. You will need flexibility to cover holidays and weekends and the ability to collaborate successfully in a team. You should be a passionate individual who is eager to learn and can adapt to the needs of our retreat. You must have access to your own transport due to the rural location.
