We are looking for a qualified and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Ipswich.
About the Role:As a qualified SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised education to children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural challenges. You will work within a nurturing and inclusive environment, ensuring that each student's needs are met through carefully planned and adaptive teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons tailored to individual students' needs
- Collaborating closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment where every student feels valued and empowered
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEN education
- A strong understanding of various SEN, including autism, dyslexia, and learning disabilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable teaching approach
- A passion for empowering students and supporting their emotional, social, and academic development
