Key Responsibilities of Repairs Call Handler:
- Take incoming calls from tenants/customers reporting repairs
- Log repair requests accurately on the system
- Book appointments and schedule works with contractors
- Provide clear, timely updates to customers
- Escalate emergency repairs appropriately
Ideal Candidate for Repairs Call Handler Will Have:
- Experience in a repairs or customer service environment
- Knowledge of housing systems (e.g. Orchard, Northgate)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Availability to start immediately and complete the full 8-week term
