Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform lifting and manual handling of goods as required.
- Utilise warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
- Execute picking and packing duties to prepare orders for shipment accurately.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all incoming and outgoing goods are accounted for.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse space.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Skills
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate order fulfilment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
