Plumber

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable plumbers to join our team for ongoing wet room installation projects across social housing properties.

Location: Ipswich
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £180 per day
Type: Subcontractor 

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of full wet room systems (including first and second fix plumbing)
• Working within occupied and unoccupied social housing properties
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with building regulations
• Collaborating with other trades on-site
• Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants and residents

Requirements:

• Proven experience fitting wet rooms
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence and own tools/van 
• Strong understanding of health & safety on domestic sites
• Experience working in social housing (advantageous)
