Facilities Management Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee the operational delivery of Hard FM services, managing a P&L and leading a team

The role involves ensuring statutory compliance, managing lifecycle and variation works, and delivering on KPIs while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a facilities management team to ensure contract performance meets KPIs and statutory compliance.
  • Oversee P&L management, cash flow, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage supply chain, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and implement technical work programmes.
  • Build customer relationships and act as the escalation point for any issues.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in Hard FM services leadership.
  • Experience with PFI (essential)
  • Experienced in healthcare contact ( preferred)
  • H&S awareness (SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH).
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Full clean driving license required.
