Stock and Logistics Supervisor?? Irvine | ?? Full-time, Permanent | ?? £28,000 – £32,000We’re working with a growing organisation based in Irvine to recruit a Stock and Logistics Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a warehouse, logistics, or stock control background who is looking to take the next step in their career.The Role:You’ll take the lead in managing day-to-day stock and inventory operations across the service department. This includes managing goods in/out, stock levels, van replenishments, internal orders, and equipment hire tracking. You’ll also support the wider technical and service teams to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all service stock and inventory
  • Manage goods in/out and update stock control systems
  • Monitor van stock and support engineers
  • Process internal service orders accurately
  • Track equipment hire/loan and ensure correct invoicing
  • Contribute to warehouse layout improvements
  • Support technical tasks including basic CAD input (training can be provided)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in stores, logistics, or inventory management
  • Good IT skills – able to use stock control or ERP systems
  • Hands-on, organised, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a team mindset
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and service goals
  • Full UK driving licence
