We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Leaderin Ayrshire. As a crucial part of the manufacturing team, the Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the production team, ensuring quality standards, health and safety, and efficient workflow. You will manage a team directly, covering recruitment, training, and performance, whilst driving continuous improvement and maintaining documentation accuracy.
Working on a Days and Backs rotational shift pattern.
- Experience in managing a team within aproduction environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Flexible and dependable with a proactive approach
- Attention to detail and results-driven mindset
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of 30,000 - 33,000, with opportunities for overtime and career progression within a growing manufacturing business.
