restaurant manager / supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team on the Isle of Skye.

We are looking to recruit an individual to help lead the team in our onsite restaurant.

We produce a quality fresh menu with almost everything made in house by our talented chefs, Serving around 100 covers per night opening only in the evenings.

The ideal person would have some fast paced restaurant experience and be comfortable running a busy service , cocktail experience would be a bonus but not essential.

The position would involve maintaining high standards of service, training the team, resolving issues as the arise as well as assisting with our hotel operations .

We have 20 bedrooms on accommodation on site split between hotel style accommodation and self catering and are open 9-10 months per year.

This would be a full time permanent position and a key team member, it could also suit someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career as full training can be offered, accommodation on site is included at no charge, we would also like to hear from couples with roles available for partners in FOH, housekeeping and kitchen.

There is the possibility of joining the team for the remainder of this season is a possibility to assist with the run up to Christmas otherwise we would be looking for the roles to start mid February 2025.
