Short Description
Managing the site team/project director's diary.
Organising on-site meetings and travel arrangements.
Welcoming clients and liaising with contractors.
Ordering site supplies such as stationery and PPE.
Performing receptionist duties, including greeting visitors.
Organising and scheduling appointments, maintaining the site calendar, and managing meeting room bookings.
Writing and distributing emails and correspondence with internal stakeholders.
Using Microsoft Office systems to facilitate administrative processes, including preparing reports and presentations.
Maintaining the site training tracker and booking relevant courses.
Promoting site internal communications using platforms and other social media.
Promoting site activities externally in liaison with the site Office Manager and Communications Team.
Managing subcontractors.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
Familiarity with basic project management principles, particularly within construction.
Introductory understanding of the construction industry, especially within the health sector, including relevant regulations and practices
Skills:
Strong IT skills for administrative tasks
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic problem-solving skills for addressing on-site challenges
Organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
