In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, value engineered cost estimates, managing tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award, and liaising closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery. You will play a key role in pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations for successful project execution.

The Role
- Produce accurate, competitive estimates and assess tender risks/opportunities.
- Assist with Quantity Surveying and post-project reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and teams.
The Person
- Proven Estimating experience
- Worked within groundworks, basements, or civil engineering.
- Based in South West London or commutable distance.
