Role Description They are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join the team as a Sales Negotiator. The role will involve conducting property viewings, negotiating and providing first class client care. This is a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications 路Previous experience in estate agency sales. 路Excellent verbal and written communication skills 路Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 路Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously 路A valid drivers license and own car 路A keen interest in the property market and local area 路A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The overall package will be made up of a basic salary, tiered commission, car allowance and bonuses.
Our working hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am - 5pm. Your working week will consist of Monday to Friday and every other Saturday off. If you are working Saturday, you will work a half day from home during the week.
