Carpenter/Multi Trade Operative

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Property Maintenance Company to recruit Carpenter/ Multi Trade Operative - undertaking works within social housing properties.

Covering North London area.

The Role:

This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

Duties:

• Carpentry
• Basic Plumbing
• Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works
• Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
• Patch Plastering
• Snagging Works
• Logging works via PDA
• Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Driver’s Licence
• Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential
• 2+ years’ experience within social housing

Working Hours

• Permanent

• Monday – Friday
• 42.5 Hours Per Week
• Lunch Break
