We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile commercial development. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring all M&E works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all M&E aspects of the commercial project from design to handover

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards

Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation

Lead progress meetings and provide regular project updates to senior management

Identify and mitigate project risks
Project Manager Requirements:

ECS card
-
SMSTS
-
Proven experience in managing M&E elements on large-scale commercial projects

Relevant degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management

Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building services, and current legislation

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple contractors and interface with multidisciplinary teams
