We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile commercial development. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring all M&E works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all M&E aspects of the commercial project from design to handover

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards

  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation

  • Lead progress meetings and provide regular project updates to senior management

  • Identify and mitigate project risks

Project Manager Requirements:

  • ECS card

  • SMSTS

  • Proven experience in managing M&E elements on large-scale commercial projects

  • Relevant degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management

  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building services, and current legislation

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and interface with multidisciplinary teams
