PA & Office Manager

We're working with a fantastic client based in the Iver area who's on the lookout for a hands-on, proactive PA & Office Manager to become an essential part of their growing team.

This isn't just your typical office role. They're hoping to find someone who's open-minded, full of initiative, and genuinely eager to bring ideas to the table. If you enjoy adding value, streamlining processes and being the person who just "gets things done," this could be a great match. A background or understanding of the horticultural or agricultural world would be a real bonus!

The company is proud of its friendly, fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same. They need someone who's ready to hit the ground running, work well under pressure and enjoys working to tight deadlines as part of a supportive and upbeat team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Keeping an eye on the company fleet, arranging inspections and repairs as needed.
  • Acting as the go-to person for insurance, legal matters, and Health & Safety coordination.
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the office - from facilities and supplies to document management.
  • Being the key link between suppliers and the internal team, making sure communication flows.
  • Planning and setting up company meetings and events - from minute-taking to moving furniture when needed!
  • Helping coordinate social events and company gifts.
  • Pitching in wherever needed to support the management team.

PA Support

  • Welcoming and booking visitors.
  • Managing diaries and making sure the Directors' schedules stay on track.
  • Keeping a close eye on emails and lunch arrangements
  • Logging expenses, helping manage budgets, and making life that little bit easier for the Directors.

Required

  • Someone proactive, full of energy and ideas.
  • A natural organiser who loves making things run smoothly.
  • Open-minded, adaptable and always looking for ways to add value.
  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • A true team player who's just as happy rolling up their sleeves as they are managing the finer details.
