Join Our Team as a Production Plant Operative!
Manpower is hiring for production staff to work on an ongoing basis with our national client in Ivybridge. If you have a background in production and thrive in a fast-paced and physical environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a safety-first operation and ensure an incident-free workplace
- .Meet production targets set by leadership at the start of each shift
- Operate processes safely to achieve production goals
- Rotate duties across cylinder filling, maintenance, and inspection activities
- Load and unload cylinder vehicles as needed
What We're Looking For:
- A strong attention to detail-accuracy is crucial
- A high level of safety awareness at all times
- Ability to read and follow instructions, as well as take guidance from site leaders
- A team player who can also work independently when required
Shift Pattern:
- Early Shift: 07:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday
- Back Shift: 12:00 - 21:00 Monday - Friday
Details:
- Temporary ongoing role till December 2026
- Pay: £12.30/hour (standard 42.5 hours) + overtime at 1.5x rate
- Location requires own transport
