What Youll Be Doing:
- Scheduling and planning engineers work in line with service schedules and ongoing projects.
- Handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotes and pro-forma invoices.
- Coordinating service visits, breakdown responses, and remedial works.
- Managing job documentation, including job sheets, waste transfer notes, and service reports.
- Liaising with customers to book appointments, handle objections, and sell services where appropriate.
- Using SAP to maintain service schedules, update equipment records, and process job completions
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Confident working with schedules, diaries, and administrative systems.
- Comfortable using business software (experience with SAP is a plus).
- Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
