What Youll Be Doing:

  • Scheduling and planning engineers work in line with service schedules and ongoing projects.
  • Handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and preparing quotes and pro-forma invoices.
  • Coordinating service visits, breakdown responses, and remedial works.
  • Managing job documentation, including job sheets, waste transfer notes, and service reports.
  • Liaising with customers to book appointments, handle objections, and sell services where appropriate.
  • Using SAP to maintain service schedules, update equipment records, and process job completions
